PiesOn Oven Co. was established in 2007. We design and manufacture small portable gas fired oven systems for use anywhere and everywhere you go. While the oven can be used to cook anything you bake at home, the PiesOn Oven has been engineered to make the best tasting pie you can possibly imagine.

Shipping in the U.S. only, via UPS
Ground: 5-7 business days
3 Day Select: 3-4 business days
Next Day Air: 1-2 business days
Shipping fees are calculated by price, weight & zip code via UPS and are estimated within your shopping cart upon checkout.

Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee:
- We do not want you to keep your PiesOn Oven if you are not 100% completely satisfied with it. If you wish to return it, please contact us for shipping information. You will need to re-package the items for safe and secure shipping.

Damaged Merchandise:
- Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@piesonoven.com.

Product or Manufacturing Defects:
- If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, email us at for instructions. Depending on the issue, we may be able to send replacement parts.

For all return shipments, keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach us, so insure the items to the extent you feel are necessary. We will notify you via phone, mail, or email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
