Shipping Information & Delivery Options: Shipping in the USA and Canada only via UPS. Shipping fees are calculated by weight and zip code and are estimated within your shopping cart upon checkout. We pledge to ship all orders within 48 hours, usually the next day (except sundays).

Damaged Merchandise: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage, then file a claim. Product or Manufacturing Defects: Our mission is simple – to provide the best oven products to our customers. We take great pride in our company, our commitment to customer service and in the products we manufacture and sell. If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, email us at info@piesonoven.com for instructions, and feel free to send a picture if possible. Depending on the issue, we may be able to send replacement parts.
Returning Merchandise: You have 60 days to try your PiesOn Oven and if it is not what you expected, please return it to us. For all return shipments, keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach us, so insure the items to the extent you feel necessary. We will notify you via phone, mail or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
